Fans of the Canadian pop star have interrupted the union's annual meetings.
The National Hockey League Players' Association is conducting its annual meetings this week in Chicago. Justin Bieber is playing a sold out show at the United Center on Tuesday night.
Unless Donald Fehr is secretly a huge fan of 'Beauty and a Beat,' this is a complete coincidence that's wreaking havoc on the NHLPA's ability to conduct business. That's according to Minnesota Wild center Zenon Konopka.
@justinbieber I'm a fan of you being Canadian &even ur music but ur killing our NHLPA meetings with ur fan club screaming outside the hotel

In Bieber's defense, given the NHLPA's recent history, I'm pretty sure those meetings were doomed long before the Beliebers showed up.
