Cyrus's choice words for JB came after he was caught on tape peeing into a bucket in the back of a restaurant. He appeared to be intoxicated and was swearing at a picture of former president Bill Clinton, which he later apologized for.
"He's still stupid though," the former Disney star added. "But everyone does dumb stuff when they are messed up, and he's done dumb stuff. If it was your friend pissing into a mop box then you would be laughing, but because it's Justin Bieber, then it's really bad."

From twerking at any moment, to stripping down and dancing seductively on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the former "Hannah Montana" actress isn't necessarily seen as clean cut anymore.

She even admitted to making a reference to the drug MDMA (a.k.a. Ecstasy) in her song "We Can't Stop" when she uses the slang term for the drug, "molly."
"I don't think people have a hard time understanding that I've grown up," she told the Daily Mail in a previous interview. "You can Google me and you know what I'm up to -- you know what the lyric is saying."

The singer also topped a recent parents' survey for worst celebrity role models for kids.
Still, she offers words of guidance to Bieber as any good friend would.
"When you're not around, all they want is your music. They want to see what the next thing is," she told The Sun. "But when your music is out they just want to talk s--t about you."
