Taylor Swift was named the "most charitable celebrity" by DoSomething.org in 2012, and the superstar continues to prove that she's well-deserving of the title.
Although she is currently crazy busy on a cross-country tour promoting her latest album, Red, Taylor took some time out to visit with some young fans at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia this weekend.
The hospital is partnered with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation and features a closed-circuit radio station inside where patients can spin their favorite songs, conduct interviews and just have fun.
While Taylor is extremely humble about her charitable efforts and made no mention of stopping by the hospital studio, Ryan Seacrest posted a big shout-out on his Twitter page. "@TaylorSwift13 just heard from my team about visit 2 @RyanFoundation at @ChildrensPhila, thnk u 4 spending xtra time," he wrote, along with the photo collage.
He followed up with an open invite for the future, writing, "@taylorswift13 door is open anytime t."
Taylor is known for her random acts of kindness and this isn't the first time she has visited a children's hospital to spend some one-on-one time with her young fans.
Right before she embarked on her 'Red' tour, she stopped by Omaha Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Nebraska to visit a young cancer patient.
We love that Taylor is so gracious with her time and we're thrilled for all of the well-deserving fans who got to spend some quality time with the singer!
